Come and enjoy the town and country gardens of historic Lebanon, Ohio. This year alpacas and cattle greet you at the farm fence. Native gardening is a passion for several of our gardeners as shown in their woodland, sun, and shade gardens. Over ten types of milkweed make the land a Monarch butterfly paradise. Cinderella Milkweed, prairie and meadow Blazing Star flowers, minarda, foxglove and Cardinal flower attract goldfinches and many birds. Two reconstructed log cabins will be part of the tour. A scavenger hunt includes eight stops on the tour and a chance to win a prize. Tickets to tour the Glendower Mansion on the days of the tour are offered at a reduced rate. The gardeners are on hand to answer questions and share gardening tips. Come and be inspired to beautify your own outdoor living spaces. Enjoy the gardens and a bite to eat in our quaint town. The self-guided tour is 11 am to 5 pm each day and begins at the Lebanon Train Station. Rain or Shine. SAVE $5 by purchasing tickets online by June 24.
