Langtree Sinfonia plays Beethoven Violin Concerto

This is a chance to hear a really exceptional young violinist play Beethoven's Violin Concerto.  Elizaveta Tyun was a finalist in the string section of the 2014 BBC Young Musician competition, and also won first prize in the Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition.  She has performed as soloist with many orchestras across Europe as well as the UK, and has performed to members of the Royal family on several occasions.  Langtree Sinfonia is an amateur orchestra which has just passed its 50th anniversary, but this will be the first concert conducted by Dimitri Chrysostomou, our new conductor.  Dimitri's career highlights so far have included performances with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Bohuslav Martinu Philharmonic Orchestra, and eight European tours.
