Join us for this exclusive workshop where Chiara Squinzi, certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Health Coach, Vegan Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher will teach you how to make 3 delicious plant-based brunch recipes that are wholesome and healthier than their traditional counterparts.
During the class we will prepare:
1) Gluten-Free Chocolate Buttermilk Pancakes
2) Whole-Wheat French Toasts with Berry Compote
3) Gluten-Free Chickpea Omelette
You will learn everything from where to find all the ingredients to the basic techniques for shopping, cooking, and flavouring your food. We will especially focus on how to substitute eggs, milk and butter in those recipes. You will also be able to ask all the questions you always wanted an answer to.
