What a fantastic discovery’ – Bob Harris- Radio 2 ‘Wonderful, do check them out’ – Zoe Ball, BBC Radio 2 ‘Beautiful’ – Lauren Laverne, BBC Radio 1 “Everysong is an absolute killer” – Dermot O’Leary BBC Radio 2 “Rambunctious folk and joyous elemental pop” – The Guardian “Furiously contagious….uniquely, charmingly British” – Clash “Ear-worm melodies” – Financial Times Keston Cobblers Club, formed of brother and sister duo Matthew and Julia Lowe with school friends Tom Sweet and Harry Stasinopoulos continue to emanate their hook-laden melodies and rousing arrangements that have already won them an army of loyal fans. With intricate instrumentation and honest, accessible lyrics, they ensure an immediate familiarity with audiences far and wide.

Over the last few years, Keston Cobblers Club have been steadily building a name for themselves. Their debut album ‘One, For Words’ came in 2012, quietly released, independently, as a digital download followed by two EPs, ‘A Scene of Plenty’ and 2014’s ‘A Pocket Guide to Escaping’. Then in 2015 came ‘Wildfire’ the album which won them huge praise everywhere from BBC Legends such as Steve Lamacq and Bob Harris, MOJO Magazine, The Guardian, The Independent and The Financial Times to Songlines, fRoots and Clash, with their album, ‘Almost Home’, further increasing their following, with great industry praise and a supporting European headline tour.

Their live shows are displays of genuine warmth and dazzling musicianship, honed over years of playing some of the UK’s biggest festivals, including Glastonbury, Bestival, Cambridge Folk Festival, Wilderness and Green Man; they even run their own festival – Camp Wildfire. They’ve been playlisted by 6Music and Amazing Radio; and been invited to perform live on BBC Radio by the likes of Dermot O’Leary, Steve Lamacq, Edith Bowman, Gaby Roslin and Bob Harris as well as a Maida Vale session for BBC Radio 6.
