This auction includes up to 47 parcels for your consideration ranging from remote oceanfront, hunting & fishing properties and cabins, to several residential properties and land with road access and more. Over 178 acres are available for purchase with parcels varying in size from .17 to 28.5 acres across a mixture of raw land and improved properties in Homer, Seward, Sterling, Soldotna, Kenai, Nikiski, Anchor Point, Kasilof, Ninilchik, Seldovia, Point Possession, Johnstone Bay, Happy Valley, Fox River, Nikolaevsk, Voznesenka, and the West side of Cook Inlet. All parcels are subject to legal repurchase rights up until the day before the auction and will be removed from the sale if the previous owner exercises this right.

This auction will open for pre-registration on Monday, November 1st and GO LIVE for online bidding in real-time on Saturday, December 4th at 10am AKDT (2pm EST).
