Celebrate the Emancipation Proclamation  on June 19th from 5 to 7 pm. Gather at the Flagstaff City Hall for music and food. We will stroll, weather permitting, to the Harbert Chapel AME church and hear from Pastor William Cornick Jr. of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, and other faith and civic leaders. Please bring food, instruments, and face masks and let's make a joyous noise of freedom!
