The day starts with a full 1.5 hour yoga class, open to all levels, including beginners, taught by Indra Shaw of tulsiyoga with 30 years' experience. A delicious, plant-based lunch (all diets catered for) follows and then Sue Dawson from Sense Greater Peace will guide you through an hour's Sound Bath.
