To Eat: Persimmon and Arugula Salad, Pomegranate Seeds, Toasted Pepitas , Citrus Vinaigrette, Point Reyes Blue Cheese Crouton

2nd Course
To Drink: The Canuck (Jack Bonded Rye, Lemon Juice, Chambord, Cointreau)
To Eat: Lobster Poutine; Tater tots, Lobster Bisque, Smoked Gouda, Fresh Chive, Lobster Claw Meat

3rd Course
To Drink: Imperfect Manhattan (Jack Bonded, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth, Angostura)
To Eat: English-cut Creekstone Rib Roast, Herbed Au Jus, Horseradish Shavings, Broccoli-Cheddar Wellington.

4th Course
To Drink: Pear Hot Toddy (Jack Triple Mash, Lemon Juice, Pear Agave Syrup, Topped w/ Hot Water)
To Eat: Mull-spiced Brioche Bread Pudding with Candied Ginger, Raisin, Bourbon Caramel
