ISU Symphonic and Civic Bands Concert: "Something Old, A Lot New"

The concert's theme is "Something Old, A Lot New" featuring new music that will take you on a fantastic journey. The program includes a band standard "Incidental Suite" by Claude T. Smith, and four new works by some wonderful younger composers, including: Randall Standridge, Katahj Copley, Kelijah Dunton, Douglas Akey, and Kimberly Archer. Our ISU-Civic Band will also be performing some incredible music by Leonard Bernstein and Percy Grainger. If you love band music, this is a program you most certainly don't want to miss!

ISU Music Department concert admission prices are as follows: Adults - $8, ISU Faculty and Staff - $6, Precollege students - $4. and ISU students – FREE (with valid Bengal ID). TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE at the door or by calling or visiting the Stephens Center Box Office at (208) 282-3595.
