Intro to Rugby Clinic

Introduction to rugby clinic will include watching the Flagstaff Invitational 7's Rugby Tournament which will be happening at the same time and location as clinic. Depending on ability, clinic will include running common rugby drills, how to pass the ball, strategies, set-play and rules. Their will be no contact for participants in the clinic. All ages and sizes are welcome to join us. NAZRugby has mens, womens, high school and youth rugby teams. A representative from each of NAZRugby's teams will be at the clinic to tell participants about their particular team's history, schedules, requirements and the benefits of being involved with said local team.  High school and youth groups will learn how playing rugby will improve their skills in other sports and teach them how to act effectively in life.
