India Mobile Congress 2018

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India along with COAI are pleased to announce the second edition of India Mobile Congress (IMC), to be held on October 25-27, 2018 at New Delhi.

IMC 2017, held in September last year, was a first of its kind event in the Indian Subcontinent, bringing together Mobile, Internet, and Technology companies on one platform, under the theme, “Connecting the Next Billion”. The event was attended by more than 2,000 delegates, 32,000 visitors, 150 Speakers, 100 Exhibitors and 100 start-ups. The event was graced by the biggest names in the Indian and Global Telecom and ICT sectors, with Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal and Mr. Mukesh Ambani leading the launch of the India Mobile Congress platform along with the Minister for Communications, Government of India. The first edition of IMC saw immense ministerial, regulatory and policymakers’ participation, lending greater strength and adding value to the platform.

IMC 2018, is envisaged to be a massive global event with its theme “New Digital Horizons Connect, Create, Innovate”. It aims at building ideas, forging lasting Industry relationships, showcasing leading-edge mobile technology & product trends, manufacturing services, sectoral insights and impactful solutions. The platform will see a greater International presence with over 10 Partner Countries, 100+ Global Speakers, 300+ Exhibitors, 1,000+ International Media & 50,000+ visitors. A special focus will be given to Start-ups in the technology space through a dedicated engagement program.
