Anti-racism has been a buzzword on everyone's lips in Britain, in 2020 but how can you best support your friends and colleagues who experience racist behaviour in the workplace? How can we encourage change and development as an ally from within our teams, peer groups and management that amplifies a variety of voices and divergent perspectives.
