One Step Beyond, a leading provider of comprehensive programming and services for adults who have intellectual disabilities, is offering an authentic casino experience at Casino & Cocktails for a Cause on Sat., March 16, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at Skyway Center at San Carlos Airport.

Casino & Cocktails for a Cause will bring the Las Vegas atmosphere to attendees with professional dealers and game tables offering blackjack and three card poker. With the purchase of a $150 ticket or donation, each attendee will be provided with chips to play the casino game of their choice–additional chips will be available for purchase in $50 increments. These chips are for entertainment purposes only, no actual gambling will take place at the event.

Cocktails and and hors d’oeuvres will be available starting at 6 p.m. Games will begin at 6:30 p.m. and continue until 9:30 p.m. Attendees will then turn in their chips to event organizers, and the top winners will be announced as the recipients of dazzling prizes.

Casino and Cocktails for a Cause will showcase One Step Beyond’s variety of innovative and dynamic programming that enables participants to contribute to and achieve greater social participation in their communities. These one-of-a-kind programs include life skills, employment, recreation, fine arts, health and fitness, ice hockey and more.
