Climate solutions depend on us. We got ourselves into this mess and it's up to us to get us out. Through hope-rather than despair-and determination—rather than helplessness-we can make the changes needed for a sustainable future. Ecopsychology is a science that can help us understand why we messed up our home so badly, and how we can change our values, attitudes, behaviour and lifestyles for environmental sustainability, human and animal well-being.
