Join Steven Honig as he shares the story of his family's vineyards and winery and talks through each of their different award-winning wines, meanwhile paired with a multi-course meal prepared by Gravity's Executive Chef, Pedro Villalobos.

slow braised lamb shoulder ragu with parpadelle pasta
herbed ricotta cheese, rusticana garlic crouton

4th course 
cabernet sauvignon - St. Helena Bartalucci 2019
crispy cabernet marinated pork belly, with apple mustarda
wild rice risotto with porciini mushroom

Amaretto creme caramel with Amaretti
