The holidays are often a difficult time for families and individuals who have lost a loved one through death or divorce. During this special 90 minute program, Dr. Brian Wright and Dr. Sarah Gilmore will meet with the adults in the gym to discuss grief and offer practical tips and insights about understanding and walking through grief during Thanksgiving and Christmas with the adults along with other Crossroads clinicians will facilitate and help as individuals share their stories. Children ages 5 and up will be meeting in the children's department with the Crossroads play therapists, Jaqui Wilson, LPC and Charlotte Stewart, LPC. The children will need to bring pictures of their loved one so they can put them into a memory book that they will be creating. This is a free community event.
