Holi Colour Dance Party (lunch included)

Tickets are now available. The Holi Festival Colour Party will be at the Swiss Cottage open area, also called the fountain area, which is by the Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre. The event will begin at 10 am and finish at 4 pm. Choose a preferred slot to come at 10 am,  12 noon or 2 pm. There will be drummers and dancers performing all through. It is an event with lots of food, colour play and dancing to music - Western and Bollywood music. At the moment there are no covid restrictions for outdoor events, but we advise you to choose preferred time slots, bring your covid pass, and wear masks.

- Family or friends group of 4 - GBP 101.50

- Adult or over 15 years - GBP 31

- Child (upto14 years) GBP 27

Each Ticket this year includes one packet holi colour and a food buffet. Menu: Veg Biryani (mild), Yogurt Raita, Aloo Tikki, Chickpeas (Chole), Chips, Gulab Jamun, Extra Pickle, Chillies (Other food and drinks can be bought)

Children 2 years and below are free (but it will be crowded, so please consider this before bringing little ones along). Bulk student discount offered only for universities. Contact 07774265232. No bags or prams are allowed. The event will be disability and senior-friendly (special seating only for them).

EVENT RULES, TERMS and CONDITIONS:

KINDLY NOTE: NO REFUND. Our event happens in central London and comes with many expenses. Since the ticket prices are low in the interest of the community; it just about covers expenses, and your contribution is spent on the organising. Hence please consider before buying that there will be no refund. 

By buying a ticket you are agreeing to the event Terms and Conditions and house rules:

You should display a valid Covid NHS Pass, by keeping your QR code on the NHS app open. You are advised to bring and wear a mask for your own safety.

Please wear your wristband on entry, and you are advised to visit at your chosen slot.

Every child over 2-year-old needs a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Food is included with your ticket purchase, please ask the caterer for any allergy concerns. There will be an ingredients list available.

Tickets are not refundable under any circumstance: Not refundable if there is bad weather, or if the event needs to be postponed. No refund if anyone whom you have bought a ticket for, is unable to attend the event, for any reason.

Also please note that no credit can be offered.

The first packet of coloured powder is free; more can be bought at the event. Outside colour is NOT allowed for safety reasons. The colour provided by us is UK Authority Health and Safety Food Grade certified.

Please ensure children are always accompanied by an adult. Magic of India cannot take responsibility of children at the event.

No dogs allowed with barrier area.

For your safety, there is high security and checks at the event, so please do co-operate to be checked by the security officials.

For safety reasons, no outside water or liquids will be allowed. Water can be purchased for just GBP 1.

Alcohol is not allowed at this daytime event.

Parking is available at the PayandPark nearby.

Clothes: Please layer up in clothes you are happy to spoil. The Colour does mostly wash off. Only Dry Colour Powder Play. The powder is just coloured cornflour.

No cloakroom is available at the event to keep coats or precious belongings. Please avoid bringing bags. Organisers are not responsible for lost items. 

Use restroom facilities available Leisure Centre and Community Centre (flagged)

First Aid and Lost and Found Desk: Please bring an injured or lost child, here. Do not waste time looking for the parent/s. It is not safe or advisable to do so. We have a process to help them.

Please avoid prams as much as possible but if you bring them, please be aware prams with children is not permitted in the dancing area only to be kept on the sides as this will create a trip hazard for other children.

Photography takes place at the event, so please note, we cannot avoid it, and children also get photographed. By signing up for the event and coming to the Event, you agree to give permission to Magic of India to take photographs of you/your children, and for the rights of all the pictures.
