History Day 2021

The 8th annual History Day, hosted by Senate House Library & Institute of Historical Research at the University of London, will take place on Thursday 4 November 2021. It will explore the theme of Environmental History, fitting with the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 26) 31 Oct - 12 Nov 2021, and features an interactive workshop, panel discussion and video gallery, bringing together over 50 libraries, archives, museums & history organisations across the UK and beyond.

Contributors include: Kew Gardens, The Natural History Museum, King’s College London Weather Memories project, Armagh Observatory & Planetarium, Essex Wildlife Trust plus Denver Public Library in the US and the University of Stavanger in Norway.

Open to students, researchers and anyone with an interest in history.
