The award winning Hilliard Discussions are back in person and offering a hybrid format!
We are excited to announce that we will have five speakers this year speaking on different approaches to recovery from training (or for the average person, exercise, or a long weekend of work). These will not be your run-of-the-mill recovery techniques. We hope to introduce you to new techniques and/or help you understand how and when they are used. Modalities to be discussed are: dry needling, shockwave therapy, cryotherapy, and cupping.
Speakers:
Major Evan Carson, DPT
Heather Linden, DPT
Saul Luna, ATC
Joyce Terrell, PhD, ATC
Raygan Suarez, DPT
