THE NEW ERA OF STRENGTH TRAINING
Our revolutionary program is the perfect way for high school students and student-athletes to take their fitness to the next level! Created for both males and females aged 13-18, this program will educate, motivate and inspire you to be at your best.
What makes our program special is that WE ONLY HAVE 25 SPOTS AVAILABLE PER WEEK. This means our instructors can take the time to understand your personal fitness goals, then help you make them a reality!
Our friendly yet firm approach will develop more self-confidence, a physically stronger body and mind, balanced emotions and build mental toughness, all skills that will benefit you in all walks of life.
The High School Strength Training Summer Camp is for you

This Summer Camp Will Change Your Body and Mind

â You will learn the proper form and techniques of strength training
â You will learn proper weightlifting form and strategies
â You will learn the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise
â You will learn proper nutrition and supplementation for building full body strength.

Our Expert Coaching Team
â Head Coach Aaron Johnson, author of the book, Dont Be A Dumb Jock; How To Be A Super Human Being, will instill the mental toughness, mental focus, positive self-talk, goal setting, discipline and everything else you need to reach your full potential!
With over 50 years of combined experience in fitness training and competitive sports training, specifically for youth ages 6-18, our group of professional yet comfortable trainers will inspire you to reach your best.
