The Children's Festival is an annual event that was started as an idea to engage the Hazleton area youth, while providing information to their parents/guardians on the abundant opportunities available for children in our hometown and surrounding areas. The Children's Festival is a FREE family friendly event, with activities and information targeting newborns through teenagers.
