Get ready for a spooktacular time at the Second Annual Halloween Outer Sunset Block Party and Costume Contests!

Join us on Saturday, October 28th at 12:00 PM on Irving Street between 19th and 21st Avenue for a frightfully fun afternoon filled with thrilling activities, mouthwatering treats, and fantastic costume contests! 

Whether you're a little pumpkin or a seasoned witch, this event is perfect for all ages:

For the Kiddos
- Free photos with wicked witches.
- Trick or treating at participating businesses. 12-5pm
- Fun Halloween activities and giveaways
- Arts and Crafts
- Children's costume contest 2:00 pm Gift Certificate!

For Kids of All Ages
- Live Music with Masterz of Disasterz 12-2pm and DJ Cocoa Leche 2-5pm
- 2x1 on pizza slice and 20% off for Veterans at Hole in the Wall Pizza.
- Pet costume contest 3 pm - Grand Prize $100 gift basket with treats and toys.
- Adult costume contest 4 pm - Grand Prize $250 Cash Prize!

Bring the whole family down to experience Halloween in the Outer Sunset!
Dress to impress in your most creative and spine-chilling costumes, and get ready to show off your Halloween spirit in our costume contests! From creepy clowns to wicked witches, we can't wait to see your unique and imaginative outfits!

Folks (and pets) interested in competing in the costume contest should report to the main stage 15 minutes before their contest time.
