GRASS ROOTS LIVE MONTHLY JAZZ SESSION INCOMING! Thu Dec 01 (7pm-12am/Free Entry) - It's yuletide season + the 1st Thursday of the month, time to head down, chow down and overindulge in some righteous 21st century Jazz Music, as GRASS ROOTS delivers another blinding, well hot and seriously cool and unique concert from the latest in a line up of stunning up and coming live bands. This month featuring the signature hi-energy sounds of 6 piece London based contemporary eclectic jazz artists The TANHAI COLLECTIVE (LIVE), Free Entry at The CLF Art Lounge and Roof Garden.

GRASS ROOTS serving as a 1st Thursday monthly platform for promising artists to 'polish their chops and play their own choons'. These fresh and fully inclusive sessions are a must attend for patrons and participants alike.

TANHAI COLLECTIVE (LIVE) - Band on stage around 9pm, performing 2 Live Sets

Six-piece London jazz band Tanhai Collective draws inspiration from Jazz, Broken Beat, House and Dub to create their signature high-energy sound. They played at the Cross The Tracks festival in 2021 after winning the Lambeth Emerging Artist competition judged by Norman Jay MBE. They then embarked on a UK nationwide tour which culminated with an interview with Afrodeutsche on BBC Radio 6.

For fans of 4Hero, Yussef Kamaal, Neue Grafik, WheelUp and LTJ Bukem, The boys from Tanhai Collective are a must-see and promise to provide infectious rhythms well into the night.

Grass Roots is a monthly live music affair which began life at The Vortex Jazz Club in March 2019 before briefly relocating to Notting Hill Arts Club in August 2021, now a resident monthly event at The CLF Art lounge
