GRASS ROOTS LIVE MONTHLY JAZZ SESSION INCOMING! Thu Jul 06 (7pm-12am/Free Entry) - Grass Roots delivers a unique Summertime concert from the latest in a line up of stunning up and coming live bands. This month featuring QUEENSTOWN COLLECTIVE (LIVE). Born out of a prolific Brixton jam night, Queenstown Collective is a diverse group of musicians with its roots firmly in the London jazz scene, who'll be performing well hot and cool (LIVE), Free Entry at The CLF Art Lounge and Roof Garden.

GRASS ROOTS serving as a 1st Thursday monthly platform for promising artists to 'polish their chops and play their own choons'. These fresh and fully inclusive sessions are a must attend for patrons and participants alike.

Born out of a prolific Brixton jam night, Queenstown Collective is a diverse group of musicians with its roots firmly in the London jazz scene.

Exploring the sound waves of improvisational groove-jazz, this collective is high-energy, and will take you on a journey that will lift your spirits and free your mind. Each band member has established himself in the industry playing regularly with the likes of King Krule, Cherise, Mansur Brown, Levitation Orchestra and more.

Queenstown Collective features James Morgan on drums, Eddie Lee on keys, James Akers on sax, Tjoe Man Cheung on guitar and James Wilson on bass guitar.

Grass Roots is a monthly live music affair which began life at The Vortex Jazz Club in March 2019 before briefly relocating to Notting Hill Arts Club in August 2021, now a resident monthly event at The CLF Art lounge
