This cozy Gentle Hatha class is for anyone interested in a more traditional yoga practice. It is a slow-paced class where the asanas (poses) are each held for a few breaths. The class also includes light breathwork, a short guided meditation, and other mindfulness techniques such as body scans, eye movements, etc. Think of this class as a moving meditation. Yoga Nidra also included (guided deep relaxation)- lavender eye pillows provided for use.
Everyone is welcome regardless of experience, age or physical ability. Adaptations will be provided as needed. Note: There are stairs leading up to the studio.
MAT RENTALS ARE INCLUDED.
There are only 12 spots per class. It is a small, intimate studio lit by fairy lights and candles.
