Funhouse Comedy Club - Sunday Afternoon Outdoor Comedy in Nottingham August 2020

Funhouse Comedy Club are pleased to announce an outdoor show at Barton’s Chilwell, Nottingham on Sunday August 23rd.

Topping the bill is International stand-up comedian Paul Sinha, who has appeared on ITV’s ‘Tonight at The London Palladium’  and is currently one of the ‘chasers’ on ITV’s quiz show The Chase and writer/host/presenter of Paul Sinha’s History Revision on Radio 4. The eloquent and intelligent ex-GP has found the perfect balance of mixing politics with comedy. His one-liners are delivered with the crisp clarity of cut glass and engaging warmth, creating a hugely entertaining and captivating set.

Supporting will be actor, stand-up and winner of the English Comedian of The Year 2015 the appealing Brennan Reece, who has appeared on ‘Live at the Apollo’ and supported Rob Brydon and Joe Lycett on tour. His lively and sometimes uncomfortable attitude to life is perceptible in his fast paced, vibrantly drawn, hilarious tales.

Completing the line-up is the effortlessly engaging Dominic Woodward, telling hilarious stories about his everyday life and bringing to life the quirky people he meets. His insightful humorous observations and sharp material are delivered with a somewhat relaxed air.

Compere will be energetic and enthusiastic ‘Aussie’ Thomas Green, who has a natural ability to improvise with the crowd.
