Funhouse Comedy Club - Socially distanced comedy night in Leek May 2021

Funhouse Comedy Club is back Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek on Thursday May 27th for another socially distanced night of laughter.

Headlining will be the charismatic and highly talented Sony Award winner, Tom Wrigglesworth, comedian, Radio and TV presenter and voice-over artist who has had two series’ on BBC Radio 4. An articulate and natural raconteur, he possesses an innate ability to riff with an audience like they’re old friends. His warm and hilarious tales, told with true passion never fail to enthral his audiences.

Support comes from ‘Brummie’ Andy White. With his mad afro and daft voices he delivers a mix of topical and observational humour. His energetic persona can change from cheeky and upbeat to deadpan, without a flinch.

Completing the line-up is the amiable and modest Alex Hylton who captivates the room with his mix of one-liners and laid back anecdotes.

Compere for the night will be the friendly and relaxed Jon Pearson, whose tales are relatable and certain to have people in hysterics.
