Funhouse Comedy Club returns to Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek on Thursday May 20th for a socially distanced night full of laughter.
Headlining the night is Alun Cochrane who has appeared on numerous TV shows including Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Russell Howard's Good News, Mock The Week and Coronation Street; as well as featuring on several BBC Radio shows, including co-hosting The Frank Skinner Show on Absolute Radio. With his unique gift for storytelling, he draws the audience in before dropping an inimitable punchline, leaving them in tears of laughter.
Supporting will be Scottish Comedian of the Year 2015, the edgy and frank Daisy Earl, who has been tour support for Tom Stade. With her mix of appealing vulnerability but awakening steeliness, she delivers her memorable and perceptive stories.
Also appearing is the 2014 English Comedian Of The Year winner, Jack Campbell. His distorted logic and amusing anecdotes are both unique and interesting.
Compere for the night will be the friendly and laid back Jon Pearson, whose tales are relatable and certain to have people in hysterics.
