Funhouse Comedy returns to Towcester Mill Brewery on Thursday February 27th with a great line-up of top comedians.
Topping the bill is comedian, actor, writer, BBC Radio presenter and juggler Steve Royle. He spent many years as the court jester at Camelot theme park and has supported Peter Kay and Dave Spikey on tour. His TV appearances include 'Phoenix Nights', 'Live at the Palladium' and 'Max and Paddy'. Amusing his audiences with his high energy and distinctive talents, there's something for everyone.
Opening the night will be Presenter, Broadcaster, Writer, Actor and Comedian Ian Stone. An International comedian, including performing for the troops, he has made numerous TV and Radio appearances including 'Mock The Week', 'Never Mind The Buzzcocks' and 'Saturday Live'. He wrote for 'The Omid Djalili show' on BBC1, 'The Sketch Show' on ITV and 'Alistair McGowan's Big Impression' on BBC 1. Audiences can't get enough of his edgy and challenging approach, which is supported by a relaxed and excusatory manner.
Completing the line-up is big and likeable comedian, DJ and writer, the cheeky and chatty Che Burnley.
Compere for the night will be Pete Teckman who has been crowned Silver Stand Up of the Year 2017 at Leicester Comedy festival, an award for comedians over 40 years of age, with his mix of self deprecating and observational humour.
