Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Kirton-in-Lindsey July 2021

Funhouse Comedy Club returns to The George, Kirton-in-Lindsey on Saturday July 24th for a night full of laughter.

Topping the bill is comedian, actor, writer, BBC Radio presenter and juggler Steve Royle, who came 3rd in the final of Britain's Got Talent 2020 and previously performed as a warm-up act on the Royal Variety performance. He spent many years as the court jester at Camelot theme park and has supported Peter Kay and Dave Spikey on tour. His TV appearances include 'Phoenix Nights', 'Live at the Palladium' and 'Max & Paddy'. Entertaining one and all with his high energy and distinctive talents, there's something for everybody.

Opening the night will be the unique and amusing Micky P Kerr with his unusual mix of comedy, various music genres and things people say. He appeared on ITV's 'Britain's Got Talent' where he baffled Simon Cowell with his 'Bag for Life' song and earned himself a place in the finals.

Also appearing is the energetic and satirical writer and comedian Geoff Norcott who recently won a BBC Radio and Music Award for Best Comedy Production and has many TV credits to his name, including Live at The Apollo (BBC 2), The Mash Report (BBC2), Question Time (BBC2) and Comedy Bigmouths (C5). He delivers an eclectic mix of dark material, impressions and politics with a confident smile and optimism. His shrewd standpoints on life make his anecdotes extremely captivating and leave his audiences wanting for more.  

Compere for the night will be the amiable and amusing Dave Bryon.
