Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy night in Cirencester October 2021

Funhouse Comedy Club is back at The Kings Head Hotel, Cirencester on Thursday October 14th for another night full of laughter.

Topping the bill is Pierre Hollins who has been an audience favourite on the comedy circuit for many years, and has headlined at clubs throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In the early days, he worked as a support act to Lenny Henry and Rory Bremner, appeared in the West End with Rita Rudner and toured with The Flying Pickets, Willie Rushton and Barry Cryer. He has completely re-invented his act several times. In a more recent incarnation, he was found wielding an electric squash racket! His relaxed amiability is defined by a compelling conversational style and absurd guitar posturing.

Opening the night will be plummy, funny and firey, Diane Spencer, an award-winning comedian with a rapidly growing YouTube channel of over 10K subscribers and 1 million views. She has performed worldwide including The Laugh Factory and world famous Improv (LA), received critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe festival and appeared on several TV programmes including Red Light Comedy Live from Amsterdam.

Completing the line-up is the strangely charming Welsh man Morgan Rees, relating his cheery stories.

Compere for the night will be the warm and welcoming Nik Hill.
