Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Blisworth, Northants February 2025

Funhouse Comedy returns to the Walnut Tree Inn, Blisworth on Thursday February 27th for a great night of laughter.

Topping the bill is Irish comedian Martin Mor. Starting out as a circus entertainer he then decided to turn to stand-up. Having supported Frankie Boyle, Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Jasper Carrott, Patrick Kielty, Johnny Vegas, Steve Coogan, and once Tina Turner on Tour he is one of the most popular and well-travelled comics on the circuit. His fiery insults often directed at audience members, are accepted with laughter when delivered by this gentle giant of a man.

Opening the night will be comedian, metalhead, amateur occultist and musician Andrew O’Neill. Having been in his own words ‘a show off since birth’, he went on to do comedy sketches in school assemblies and make comedy films instead of working for his ‘A’ levels! He is a regular on the comedy stage at various festivals including, Download, Bloodstock and Leeds, as well as having appeared on TV’s ‘Never Mind The Buzzcocks’. Sharp, artistic and unique, his innate confidence and fondness of absurdity leaves the crowd feeling full of glee.

Also appearing is the quirky, comedian and writer Philip Green with his offbeat style, he amuses everyone.

Compere for the night will be James Cook with his sharp tongue and dry sense of humour he previously worked as a presenter on commercial radio stations, went on air with A-ha and presented Lenny Henry with his ‘Walk of Fame’.
