Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Ashby de la Zouch September 2023

Funhouse Comedy is back at the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Thursday September 7th for more fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is the award winning Nathan Caton, star of radio and TV, including TV's Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, Russell Howard's Good News and BBC Radio 4's 'Can't Tell Nathan Caton Nothing', which had its 3rd series in 2014. He started his comedy career as a 19 year old and immediately started winning awards. He has been called the most exciting young black comic on the circuit and combines his laidback, clear-cut material with his art of cutting down 'fools' both in everyday life and the media.

Opening the night will be the self-assured Alistair Williams. Smart, passionate, impressively quick witted and bursting with infectious confidence, he tackles any subject matter with amusing results.

Also appearing is Anthony King; his droll deadpan humour, combined with his material about his own true-life experiences, is mixed in with a whole bunch of lies and topped off with some entertaining songs.

Completing the line-up will be Sallyann Fellowes with her hilarious real-life anecdotes and spirited delivery.

Compere for the night is the chatty and energetic Spiky Mike.
