Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Ashby de la Zouch July 2025

Funhouse Comedy Club is excited to bring Hal Crutteden’s Tour Warm-up Show to the Lyric Rooms, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on Monday July 14th.

Join slightly camp, middle-class funnyman Hal Cruttenden. Having a background in professional acting he has made numerous TV appearances, including ‘Live at The Apollo’, ‘Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow’, ‘The Royal Variety Performance’, ‘The Rob Brydon Show’, ‘Let’s Dance for Comic Relief’, ’Would I Lie To You’, ’Sunday Night at the Palladium’, ‘Mock The Week’, ’The Great British Bake Off – Extra Slice’, ‘Celebrity Squares’, and Pointless Celebrities. With his ability to mix the personal, the surreal, the ridiculous and the political he delivers an energetic and absorbing performance.

Supporting will be Kiwi Matt Stellingwerf who is a fast-rising star of the international comedy circuit. He has numerous TV appearances under his belt in his native New Zealand and is now going down a storm in UK clubs with his side-splitting observations.

Compere for the night will be the energetic and friendly Spiky Mike.
