The Few - The Proud - Fort2Base
Challenge yourself to conquer the Fort2Base Race. A unique military inspired running walking event located between two historic military encampments in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Two unique event distances, 10 Nautical Miles or 3 Nautical Miles (11.5 or 3.45 miles) guarantees you a personal record! Flat fast course runs through Fort Sheridan, through the historic water tower, along a shaded path, past Naval Station Great Lakes to Foss Park, where athletes are welcome to the finish line by members of our military who hand out finisher's medals. Live music, BBQ, beer and more welcome everyone to the post-race celebration!
