Join us for a Forest Bathing experience along Chicago's south lake front – the Burnham Wildlife Corridor, see https://www.chicagoparkdistrict.com/parks-facilities/burnham-wildlife-corridor. Based on the Japanese practice of Shirin-Yoku, Forest Bathing is an immersive experience in nature in which participants mindfully connect to the outdoors through their senses. Participants are invited to interact with the natural world in a way that can support healing, wellness, and foster a sense of reciprocity and creativity. This guided experience will be led by Alison Paul, certified Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) Guide. More details will be given on exact meeting location and what to bring to those that register.
