Folded Whispers: A Night of Poetry with Mark Anthony Thomas

Mark Anthony Thomas built his early career as a writer and poet, authoring two books, As I Look and The Poetic Repercussion in Atlanta and serving as publisher of City Limits, an investigative journalism magazine in New York. Then it all stopped.

Now, nearly 15 years after his last featured performance, Mark will revisit his poetic past for a one-night only special birthday performance and taping of "Folded Whispers." The event (and reception) will feature new poems, touching on topics of urbanism, identity, love, loss, mortality, and peace.
