Fitness for FCA: Rumble Boxing

Hosted by Family and Children's Agency's (FCA) Junior Board of Advisors, join us at Rumble Boxing in Norwalk for Fitness for FCA to benefit FCA's many programs.

A workout for all fitness levels, beginners and athletes alike can Rumble at their own pace.

This event for all fitness levels will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Rumble Boxing SoNo in Norwalk. We look forward to gathering with friends to celebrate the important work of the Agency while enjoying aa morning of fitness and fun!

There is so much need in our community, but FCA has been here for more than 80 years to embrace, empower, and support our neighbors. Our programs help children through after-school and summer programs, foster care, and psychiatric services. We work with families with parenting education, family guidance, and adoption services. Adults experiencing homelessness, overcoming addiction, or struggling with mental health issues come to FCA for help. And we work with seniors through home care services to help them stay in their homes. As you can see, Family and Children's Agency is here for our neighbors in need at every stage of life.
