A Few of My Favorite Things - Beer, Bourbon, and Bacon! [October 3]

Enjoy our favorite things - an evening of beer, bacon, and bourbon! Join educator and writer (and bacon addict) Adam Centamore for an exploration of his three favorite food groups. You'll learn tips and ideas for pairing these tasty treats together in ways that will make his special day even better. From sandwiches loaded with bacon to bourbon cocktails that are out of this world alongside a plate of pork. It's sure to be tasty pork and booze-filled safari worthy of a great evening out. 

You can choose to take this class in person at Commonwealth Wine School or online streaming through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in person class. A list of suggested materials will be provided for students who choose to join from home, prior to class so that you can taste along.
