Feeding Illinois Fundraiser Supper

Gibbs Farms in Benson, IL is partnering with Feeding Illinois to grow a food plot /garden. 100% of the produce raised on this plot will be donated to local food pantries and the Eastern Illinois Food Bank. The Fundraising Supper is taking place to raise the $50,000 needed to start up the garden project. We estimate our garden will produce around 3,000 pounds of produce each week.

Our event is on February 12th, 2022 at 6pm at Roanoke Benson High School. We will have a brisket and chicken marsala buffet supper, a live auction, and a presentation by Feeding Illinois Executive Director Steve Ericson.
