Fatiha El Ghorri - Work In Progress

Fatiha El Ghorri is the star of Channel 4's Taskmaster current season, and with her appearance in The Grand Final coming up this week she's busy working up her new jokes live at Signature Brew. Underneath Fatiha's colourful hijab is a mind full of cutting observations and engaging witticisms on the life and times of a British Muslim woman. Fatiha smashes the Muslim stereotypes and challenges people to think about what they think they know about Islam, Muslims, and Muslim women especially. After debuting her work in progress show 'Cockney Stacking Doll' at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2023, Fatiha won the award for Best Debut Show. Already racking up a score of on-screen credits, Fatiha has made appearances on Taskmaster, Live At The Apollo, The Jonathan Ross Show, The Russell Howard Hour, Outsiders, Stand Up Sketch Show, Big Zuu's Big Eats, Guessable, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled, Mel Giedroyc: Unforgivable, BBC New Comedy Awards, Out Of Order and Sorry, I Didn't Know. Fatiha has also made several notable appearances on podcasts, including Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster and The Guilty Feminist.
