Fat+Happy Yin Yoga for Stretching (6 week series)

Whether you identify as fat, full bodied, plus-sized or big bodied, please know that you deserve to find joy and freedom in movement and to feel good in your amazing body. Coming to a class that is designed specifically with you in mind is a great place to start!

In this six session online series we will focus on stretching and taking up space. When you live in a big body, you spend so much time being told to shrink and this class is the antidote! Most poses take place in a seated or reclined position and we hold for a longer period to encourage deep stretching and release.

Class recordings are provided for one week in case you miss it live or simply want to practice again.

Helen Camisa has been teaching yoga for almost a decade and it was the first step in her own journey towards body acceptance. She believes that we all deserve to feel good and enjoy our bodies in this moment, rather than waiting for the "perfect time". The time is now! Helen loves exploring and sharing the ways in which she finds happiness in the skin she lives in, and she wants to help you get there too.
