Expressercise - A Workout for Your Emotional Intelligence

This class will serve as an introduction to Expressive Arts, where the focus is on the process of exploration rather than the finished product. No artistic training or experience is required and the course will not offer technical tips - messy is best for this class! We will use short, multi-modal creative projects to develop a common understanding of our emotional states and reactions. The intent is to provide a safe space that is light-hearted and fun in addition to allowing attendees an opportunity for connection and collaboration.

$20 class fee- all materials provided - adults only
