The Eternal Rave and the Life Abundant

The Eternal Rave and the Life Abundant is a celebration of life. As an artist, I believe art should first and foremost be a powerful aesthetic experience – I love beautiful things. In any setting, the human eye is first drawn to human faces and then to organic forms. Nature’s color palette is unparalleled. Almost all of my images are shot and presented with no editing or filter = the colors are the colors that were before my eye.

In this show, I also wrapped beautiful friends in cellophane. I knew it would be sexy/erotic AND touch on issues like commodification of feminine beauty, unrealistic beauty standards, environmental degradation, and the use of sex in advertising. Note in particular, the evolution of the facial expressions and posture of model Susannah Rose Stokes. In the end, these photos celebrate the beauty, power, and majesty of the jewel of the crown of aesthetic Creation: Ladies. And I want a daughter named Arwen.
