An exclusive five course chef dinner featuring our new Chef de Cuisine Stephen Love. Each course will be paired with wine or a cocktail. The evening includes a welcome reception followed by a three course dinner - the evening concludes with exquisite house-made pastries and desserts by our Pastry Chef Sylvain Pett .  

Event begins promptly at 7 p.m. | Attire: Jackets 

This ticketed and exclusive event has limited seating. Tables will be capped at eight (8) people per table. Weather permitting, we will begin cocktails on the beach. This event has limited attendance. 

COVID Aware: Guests must attest to being vaccinated to attend and participate in this event. 

PRICING: $125 inclusive per person, includes all food and beverage outlined below, gratuity and sales tax.

About Chef Stephen Love
Chef Love specializes in classic French methods and techniques, using seasonal ingredients while incorporating global culinary fusion. With an overarching Mediterranean base, he enjoys designing unique blends between French and other cultures, like Japanese, Chinese, Italian, or even Tex-Mex. Integrating his Mediterranean influence, he often works with seafood using fresh herbs and finding innovative ways to enhance flavor. 
"My favorite dish to create has got to be risotto," said Chef Love. "It takes so much care and attention. To make it perfect, you have to literally guide the cooking process for twenty-five minutes. You need to really understand how the rice kernel changes."
