"End of Year" Concert

Join the Hamilton-Garrett Academy at the celebratory "End of Year" concert on Friday, June 10. The event will commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Academy and the 100th birth anniversary of its co-founder and namesake Ruth Hamilton. Free of charge, the performance will be at The Historic Charles Street AME Church, 551 Warren Street in Dorchester and will feature one of Boston's few all-female choral groups, The Hamilton-Garrett Youth Choir. Hamilton-Garrett Academy for Music and the Arts is a non-profit affiliated with the Historic Charles Street AME Church in Dorchester (https://www.hamiltongarrett.org/) . Focused on the preservation of Black music and its cultural heritage, the academy offers superb music instruction to the innovative young artists in the Greater Boston Area.
