Embody YOGA presented by WM+A

Please join us this year for our Embody YOGA and wellness event. Embody YOGA is an accessible fundraiser for families and individuals of all ages. Participants help to raise money for Lumenus by collecting pledges as an individual or as part of a team.

Too few children, parents, youth and young adults get the mental health and developmental help they need when they need it.

Your support allows Lumenus to continue removing the barriers for our clients and to offer a broad range of high quality mental health, developmental, autism and early years intervention services to the children, youth, families, and individuals who need them across Toronto. With your help, our light is always on.

Our goal with this event to raise funds and awareness for Lumenus Foundation, so that we can continue to support the amazing work of Lumenus Community Services. So we ask you to build a team of friends, raise funds and then come and have a morning of fun and wellness with us.

This year we ask our individual fundraisers to raise a minimum of $125 and for teams of 8 to raise a minimum of $1,250.

As a pop-up wellness experience, the event will feature:
An Active yoga space – For those who are looking for a workout
A kids yoga space – a special class geared toward kids
A Yin Yoga space – for those looking more for a stretch then a workout
A mindfulness corner – Don’t want to work out at all? Relax and have a mindful moment
Massages – for physical wellness
Brunch in a box – A healthy and tasty meal to take with you on your busy day
And so much more!!
