Dirty Nerd: Sasha Rosser's Live Comedy Album Recording

Madison comedian Sasha Rosser is recording her debut comedy album on Friday, September 8 at Crucible Madison! Followed by 80s Dance Night with DJ Nick Nice.

Sasha Rosser is a Russian-American stand-up with a nerd’s take on black and blue comedy. Covering everything from divorce to RoboCop to that time she was investigated by the FBI, her dark, irreverent act has been seen at clubs and comedy festivals across North America and as the opener for national headliners including Matteo Lane, Shane Torres, Andrew Santino, and Dave Attell. Sasha is a regular at Laugh Factory: Chicago and has been chosen to perform on Comedians You Should Know, Comedy on State's "Best of the Midwest" showcase, and Kenan Thompson's Ultimate Comedy Showcase, where she won "Audience Favorite". In 2022 she founded Cheshire Cat Comedy, a Madison-based production company that organizes stand-up and variety shows across Wisconsin, and in 2023 she was a finalist in Madison's Funniest Comic Competition and Funniest Comic in Chicago. She was banned from Tinder in 2018.

Andrew Rynning is a comedian, improviser, and writer based in Madison, WI. He has opened for Caitlin Peluffo, Aristotle Athari, Rachel Mac, and more. Andrew also co-hosts the weekly comedy mic, Mondays at Mom's, at Mom's Bar. He has performed improv since 2018 with Monkey Business Institute and Atlas Improv Company, and took up writing in 8th grade once he realized he was terrible at math. Andrew is originally from Milton, WI, which is generally regarded as unfortunate for all involved.
