Delaware River Grand Prix and Regatta 7-Mile and 5K Run

Choose to run 7 Miles or 5K, or walk 1 mile, along a flat, quick, cinder course while enjoying the scenic atmosphere along the Delaware River and Canal State Park Trail.  Race day packet pick-up and registration begins at 8:00, races begin at 9:00.

After your Run or walk, you can unwind with our optional tubing down the Delaware River and BBQ with Delaware River Tubing and the Famous River Hot Dog Man!

All participants will receive an event towel, perfect for post-tubing use. 1st 200 that register will also receive a limit edition event vinyl sticker!

Proceeds from this event will benefit the non-profit orgnization, Binnacle House with tubing services provided by Delaware River Tubing. Binnacle House has been serving at risk youth from throughout the state of New Jersey for 40 years. Binnacle House is a vital resource for adolescent males who must live away from their families for a period of time due to various forms of trauma. Our Hunterdon County location provides a safe, therapeutic, healing environment for these youth.
