Live Crawfish (flown in from Louisiana) boiled in the world's largest pots (more tender than lobster), freshly made Beignets, live music, New Orleans's most iconic dishes, second line parades, Free souvenir ephoto, carnival rides and games, DJ and dance lessons, VIP Lounge, karaoke with live band, magic and illusion shows, kids area, and more.

Come experience a New Orleans tradition! Succulent scores of fresh seasoned Cajun crustaceans (more tender than Lobsters), flown in daily from Louisiana, prepared to mouth-watering perfection in the world's largest crawfish pots.

Get ready to indulge yourself all weekend long as you catch a whiff of other sensational aromas circulating through the air. You're sure to stumble upon a wide selection of New Orleans's most iconic dishes including Cafe du Monde-style chicory coffee and freshly made beignets, jambalaya, alligator, gumbo, red beans and rice, frog legs, and bread pudding, for starters. Once you've licked your plate(s) clean, plan to wash it all down with one of our signature drinks at our French Quarter themed bars.

Dance to rousing music and join the Second Line Parades, a historical New Orleans tradition where people dance with a celebratory spirit. The whole weekend is stacked with an outstanding lineup of music acts to dance to on a huge dance floor. Dance lessons regularly throughout the day. Festival also features local artisans, live sports tent, exclusive VIP Lounge, children's stage featuring magic illusion shows, carnival rides and games, Karaoke Lounge with a live band behind you.
